I’ve been doing your “AM/PM Yoga for Beginners” at least 3 times a week. Before I began, I was so stiff upon awakening that couldn’t bend down to tie my shoes. I’m 50 years old, normal weight and height, and have exercised and lifted weights for years. This yoga practice has made me so much more flexible and strong – outwardly and inwardly. I am stronger, calmer and more accepting of myself, and that is truly a gift. I am not in the habit of writing to people I don’t know, but I wanted you to know what a difference your work has made for and in me.
