Part ritual, part road map, each piece is my medicine;
a meditative space I offer as well as receive.

Art has been a healing practice for me since my early childhood. Painting has become time out of time; it's the ultimate listening, turning inward to find what needs to be expressed. In the late 2000s, I created Practice You Journal and Being You Journal, both published by Sounds True. 2021 and 2022 have been lessons in meditative abstraction and multimedia collage, featured below. Each piece is an invitation to your own inner world, to all of Nature within you.
