Art of Attention Weekend at triyoga Soho, London – waitlisted
April 14, 2017 - April 16, 2017
For Open Level Students and Teachers. This Weekend is sold out; waitlist available.
The weekend is ideal for teachers when taken all together, and includes three OPEN LEVEL classes for students as well. The three classes intended for students and teachers to afford teachers a moment to observe (and then ask questions) regarding how to offer the concepts to your own students in an efficient and effective way. Influenced by ParaYoga, Katonah Yoga and Kundalini Yoga, you’ll experience flow and form, movement and utter stillness, and how each aspect relates to a daily life of consistent contentment.
