To thank those of you who helped to bring ART OF ATTENTION to print, this special class will be exclusively for you who’ve contributed to our project on Indiegogo. With your help, we’ll send hundreds of copies to teacher trainings worldwide. This celebration of pure gratitude will include a sweet, full spectrum practice, a grounding meditation and healing rest, followed by Q+A, public book signing and some delicious treats.
