To thank those of you who helped to bring ART OF ATTENTION to print, we’re offering this special class at Urban Flow Yoga, San Francisco, exclusively for those who’ve helped fund our project via Indiegogo. With your help, we’ve sent hundreds of copies to teacher trainings worldwide. Expect a sweet, full spectrum practice, a grounding meditation and healing rest, followed by Q+A with Erica and me.
