KATONAH + KRIYA BREATHWORK (Wednesday November 3rd)
Merge Katonah and kriya with Danielle Rosati as she blends classic Katonah pranayama practices with Kundalini kriyas, incorporating music, breath technique and meditation for an expansive practice.
SUBTLE BODY BREATHWORK (Wednesday November 10th)
Take a journey through your physical form with Elena Brower, as she leads you through practices of yoga, pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra to clear and strengthen your subtle body.
FENG SHUI BREATHWORK (Wednesday November 17th)
Integrate Feng Shui with Kyle Freeman as she leads you through a breathwork practice to clear your body while clearing your home, focusing on grounding you in your environment, boosting the energy of your space, and determining the ideal places in your dwelling to set up for practice.
KUNDALINI BREATHWORK (Wednesday November 24th)
Experience Kundalini with Hari Kaur as she leads you through a rhythmic practice of pranayama, meditation, mudra and deep relaxation, to create a state of coordinated mind and body that can give rise to expanded states of consciousness and vastness.
