Self-care is a marathon, not a sprint. To ensure that we can stay in it for the long haul, this evening offers some context around self-care so that we can prioritize it properly. Join me for an evening of guided meditation and specific techniques we can employ to strengthen your nervous system and boost our resilience overall. The more we are able to take care of ourselves the more we’re going to be able to go the distance for the other people in our life.
