Honoured to return to London in May 2019 with a new look at Practice You. Held at triyoga Camden, this three day immersion will be a journey for both teachers and dedicated students. Reinvigorate your relationship to your own practice, purpose and presence.
Here’s a beautiful, touching film that gives you a glimpse of the triyoga space and community.
In each morning class, you can expect asana, pranayama, meditation and discussion. In each afternoon class, expect a more quieting practice, including inquiries from the book and deck, both of which will be available for purchase at the workshop. The book is recommended, but not required for participation. You may also simply bring your own journal.
Monday 6 May: stabilize
Establish your foundation and stabilize your relationship to your innermost heart. The morning will focus on laterals and backbends, pranayama and meditation. In the afternoon there will be a yin practice and writing exercises.
Tuesday 7 May: support
Generate ways to evolve and refine what you already know and teach. The morning will focus on forward bends and twists, pranayama and meditation. The afternoon will consist of restorative, yoga nidra and writing exercises.
Wednesday 8 May: stillness
Directly experience your interior landscape and be confident exploring and articulating your own practice. The morning practice will be a blend of pranayama and meditation. In the afternoon, beginner’s mind practice and q+a.
