Practice You :: Weekend Workshop at AIR Yoga Zurich

Honoured to present a nourishing weekend practice and meaning. In each morning class, expect asana, pranayama, and meditation. In each afternoon class, expect a nourishing, more quiet practice, including inquiries from Practice You, which will be available at the workshop. The book is recommended, but not required, for participation in the workshop. If you don’t have the book, AIR Yoga will have it for you to purchase, or you may bring your own journal.
