Practice You Weekend at Trailside Yoga, Arkansas

Trailside Yoga, I cannot wait to meet you! Our weekend workshop together will include three 2.5 hour classes, two on Saturday and one on Sunday morning, with an opportunity to chat with me after each class. The weekend will be themed around the Practice You Journal, with potent prompts awaiting your own contemplations and discoveries. The book is optional, not required (see below for selections and topics).
Saturday, June 6th, 9.30a-12p: “I Feel”
Begin the weekend with a flow to bring you home to your emotional wisdom. Slightly vigorous pace, precise alignment through laterals, standing postures, backbends and hips. We come together to get grounded and clear in our presence.
Saturday, June 6th, 2-4.30p:” I Trust”
How can we use our practice to receive the signs that are always available to us? This practice is all about releasing what blocks and impedes our capacity to trust— in ourselves and in others. Expect some held postures and forward bends, with Yoga Nidra, meditation and contemplative writing time.
Sunday, June 7th, 9.30a-12p: “I Am”
Together we will forge a path forward, using the momentum of our practice. With steady attention on both empowerment and grace, this session will include balancing postures, twists, and tools to refine both our inner and outer broadcast.
