Silent Interval: Weekend Retreat via Triyoga, London

This weekend of practice will make use of well-arranged postures and flow for an experience of the healing silence within. Retreating at home for these two evenings, you’ll strengthen and tonify your nervous system, reset your heart, and quiet your mind.
So often we practice to escape the noise, only to find that the chaos follows us into our poses. During these two practices, you’ll focus specifically on how to invite this subtle, silent interval, welcoming the body into healing space and time.

The recordings of each class will be available for 7 days after the workshop for the Southern Hemisphere (you’ll be sleeping) or for those with other obligations.
