For teachers or those with a minimum of three years intense practice, this multi-faceted exploration of the practice of teaching will engage you in a process of living into your heart. For 3 days, we’ll set your path towards your highest creativity in your teaching and in your life. This 18-hour module is designed to amplify the love and confidence in your heart, your body and your work. Expect alignment-based asana teachings, movement practices, poetry, and instruction on meditation; three full days of contemplation, movement, seeing and listening.
