Honoured to be part of this training taught by Ashleigh Sergeant and Jane Fryer, THROUGH THE LENS OF THE GODDESS, which takes place from November 30th – December 13th in Nosara, Costa Rica at the resplendent Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort.
Empower your teaching and take your understanding and practice of leadership to new heights. With archetypes Durga, Kali, Saraswati and Parvati, gain a fresh understanding or the forces that influence your teaching, your being, and your conscious, feminine leadership.
On December 11th, I’ll offer an afternoon workshop. This workshop is included in the training, and also open to those not in the training. If you’re interested in signing up, email me here. Explore the meaning and magic of Compassion through the archetype of Quan Yin. Expect meditations to connect you to your highest self, contemplations to help you collect your own deepest teachings, asana practices to create bounce and buoyancy, and kriyas to seal in the sweetness of your learning.
