This year, I’ll offer one class at Wanderlust Squaw, on Sunday at 2pm, entitled Alchemy.

This collaborative practice with Paavo Siljamäki from the electronic production trio Above & Beyond invites you to alchemize negativity into higher listening. Breath work, group meditation and gentle yoga postures soundtracked by a continuous mix journey designed to ground your body, soften your heart and connect you to the present moment.
