What does it look like to work with Elena ?
Our work together is to remember what’s already true about you. Aspects and capacities you’ve yet to uncover. .
Elena brings elements of her Zen studies, yoga philosophy, and grief literacy, shaped by practice, loss, love, and time. You’ll receive the conditions for evolution, suggestions and spaciousness equally. You’ll become proficient at being with aging, love, death, caregiving, change, devotion; the ordinary aches of being human. Learning how to be in your own life is our work together.
The people who benefit most from working with Elena tend to be:
1. Seasoned practitioners who are tired of performing, eager to hold less
Yoga teachers, meditation guides, householders, therapists, chaplains, facilitators, artists, and spiritual leaders:
- You’re doing the work
- You feel quietly exhausted by constant output and/or self-improvement
- You’re craving depth, honesty, and rest rather than new techniques
2. Humans at a life threshold
Something is ending, and you wish to meet it with dignity.
- You’re aging or bearing witness to someone who’s aging, and long to offer steady presence without depleting yourself
- You’re grieving, whether overtly or quietly, and would love context
- You’re caregiving, mothering, mentoring, or accompanying death
- You’re letting go of former identities, careers, or versions of yourself
3. Leaders learning how to soften without collapsing
You have responsibility, whether organizational, familial, or cultural.
- You’re ready to lead without domination
- To serve without self-erasure
- You wish to stay human inside complexity
