The meditation course includes:
YOUR WEEKLY AUDIO MEDITATION
Each week between 30-40 minutes, accompanied by music from East Forest and divided into two sittings, that sets the tone for the emergence of a certain habit, quality, or awareness in your life.
FOCUS OF THE WEEK
Each week you’ll have a different focus to consider as you sit. Week One, TRUST; Week Two, Adventure; Week Three, Abundance; Week Four, Harmony.

HOW WILL I GET THE MEDITATIONS?
As soon as you purchase the course, you will be directed to your course library where you will be able to access the meditations. You can listen to the meditations in the portal or you can add the meditations to your phone using the private podcast link provided in your welcome email. We recommend you download and save the .pdf guidebook to your computer. The meditations are all in .mp3 format.
HOW LONG WILL I HAVE ACCESS?
Course materials will be available for the lifetime of the course. You do not have to complete the course in 4 weeks. The meditations and materials are available for your use at any time. We do recommend that you download the materials upon purchase so you can easily access them via your own computer and other devices.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Four modules on Trust, Adventure, Abundance and Harmony. You will receive two audio meditations for each module to support you on your journey, plus one bonus meditation.
HOW DO I ADD THE MEDITATIONS TO MY PHONE OR TABLET?
There are two ways to add the meditations to your device.
1 - Use the custom private podcast link provided in the email you receive upon purchase to add it to either your iphone or android device. Instructions are provided in the purchase email.
2 - Download the files to your desktop or laptop computer and add the files to your device through My Files (for Android devices) or iTunes (for iOS devices).
CAN I DOWNLOAD IT AGAIN?
You can download the meditations again by logging into your Course account and clicking on Art of Attention in your course Library.
WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?
Please visit your Course account then click the “Forgot your password” link. You will be sent an email to reset your password.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Due to the digital delivery of this product, no refunds are permitted. If you have any questions before purchasing, please download the sample meditation to make sure the product is a good fit for you.
