Looking forward to a weekend retreat at the beautiful, tranquil Copper Beech Institute. This weekend will be a thoughtful exploration and affirmation of your capacities and consciousness. Together we’ll practice techniques and movements to re-frame your physiology, re-wire your neurology and re-design your thinking. Each day, expect sequences of yoga postures to help you build endurance and ease along with healing meditations and contemplations to help you enjoy both steadiness and profound spaciousness.
