Honoured to teach for Exhale to Inhale to empower women survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault to reclaim their lives through the healing and grounding practice of yoga.
This workshop will include an exploration of your architecture as well as your innermost practices. Together we’ll enhance the meaning, efficacy and elegance of our forms and movements – and refine our contributions to the world around us. Influenced by Katonah Yoga, Para Yoga and Kundalini Yoga, this class will include asana, meditation and restorative rest.
