A lyrical practice that shows us how to ground ourselves in order to fly with fluency. We’ll create a feeling of flight within standing poses as well as a few accessible arm balances as well as meditation. This class will help you feel lighter and more precise in your movements and in your thinking.

DEEPEN
A potent, restful practice that includes flow , restorative rest and meditation to lend a heightened sense of presence and ease in our daily lives. This class will bring a sense of intimacy with yourself and all you’re meant to do in this world.
