FLY: Saturday, June 4th, 2-4.30pm
A lyrical practice that shows us how to be fluent enough in our bodies to fly. We’ll create a feeling of buoyancy within standing postures, accessible arm balances and meditation. This class will help us feel lighter and more precise, in both body and intellect.
DEEPEN: Sunday, June 5th, 10am – 12.30pm
A potent, restful practice that includes standing flow, hip awareness, restorative rest and meditation to lend a heightened sense of presence and ease in our daily lives. Expect greater intimacy with yourself, and confidence in all you’re meant to do in this world.
