GROUNDING: August 16th, 9-12am Your morning practice will realign your feet, legs, hips and hands. Find a new stability, a depth of clarity and true strength in this strong, precise practice of asana, pranayama and meditation.
FLYING: August 16th, 5-8pm There is an exact amount of structural opposition externally that helps generate an experience of height and buoyancy internally. Your evening practice will leave you with tools and remembrances to maintain this elevated interior as you go on your way.
