Episode 18: Eddie Stern

On prioritizing the behaviors that lead to awakening. On the kindnesses, and the softening. On breathing as physiological healing.

Practicing yoga since 1987, Eddie Stern has been training teachers since 1988. He is the author of One Simple Thing, one of the most important modern books on yoga, and he’s a personal hero of mine.
